Engaging With Your Community
Michael Murphy  -   Associate Pastor  -  Elmbrook Church
“Fact #1: If you are not serving, your faith is withering. Fact #2: your community needs you. No one would argue that Christians shouldn’t serve. Jesus said he came to serve and not be served. The early church served. Serving others is and should be the defining mark of Christians and your church. So, where does one start? How am I to fit this into an already overloaded schedule with work, marriage and kids? How can I find others in my church to join me? How can I share the gospel and not just end up being another social service agency?
